US Congressman Tim Burchett has told president Joe Biden to stop concealing the truth about UFO sightings.
US Congressman Tim Burchett claims that governments across the world have been hiding the existence of aliens for centuries.
The Republican politician is campaigning for all US government files on reported UFO sightings to be declassified as he believes that America “is ready” for the truth about extraterrestrials.
Burchett, who was recently elected for a third term in Tennessee, claims that evidence is contained in the King James Bible – a 1611 version of the holy book.
He told the US current affair show News Nation: “I have been a believer in the phenomena for a long time. I’m a Christian. I read my Bible. The first chapter of Ezekiel is pretty clear of a UFO sighting.
“It’s written from the King James version. It’s translated from earlier words.”
Burchett accused the US government of a “huge cover-up” but the Christian Courier newspaper claims that the politician is describing “breathtaking glimpses of Almighty God” rather than UFO sightings.
It said: “To identify these as flying saucers is absurd.”
